Day 2 of Hammer and Chisel Did Hammer Plyometrics You are going to want a good quality weight bench for this workout. Also make sure you have done your weight and before pictures. If you have Beachbody Club membership, use the meal planner to help get the nutrition plan done. I can tell you that working out with out an eating plan, will not give you the results your looking for. I am up about 18 to 20 pounds over last year and its all diet because I train 6-7 days a week.
